Dimensional stability and high temperature resistance

Spectrum PET-G HT100â„¢ is a co-polyester based filament designed for 3D printing in FFF / FDM technology. The material is intended for advanced users, who require excellent durability from printouts working in real conditions.

PET-G HT100™ does not contain styrene and is chemical resistant. Excellent dimension stability allows printing with accurate dimensions, which is particularly important for projects consisting of many different elements. One of the biggest advantages of PET-G HT100™ is the increased temperature resistance of 100°C.

The higher temperature resistance of Spectrum PET-G HT100â„¢ ensures the use of printed elements without fear of deformation. In combination with the additional features such as: dimensional stability, high stiffness and chemical resistance, using PET-G HT100â„¢ allows to create fully functional parts.

Tip: It is recommended to print using a heated chamber.

VERIFY YOUR SPOOL – the most precise quality control system on  the market
Filament for 3D printers is manufactured by the method of free extrusion, which is one of the most difficult processing techniques by extrusion, due to the particularly significant impact of process parameters on product dimensions and material homogenization.

During the production each 1mm of Spectrum Filament is being continuously measured in 2 axes with ±0.8µm accuracy, which allow obtaining a high-quality final product. To prove this, Spectrum Filaments, as one of the few manufacturers in the world, has introduced the possibility of online presentation, individually for each manufactured spool:

  • the course of diameter on the entire length of the spool,
  • mean diameter,
  • ovality,
  • standard deviation.

Precise survey guarantees that Spectrum Filaments products meet rigorous market requirements.
