SiC - Silicon Carbide Nozzle
From standard PLA to PEEK to carbon fiber-reinforced filaments, silicon carbide nozzles meet the demanding printing requirements of a wide variety of materials.
The nozzle tip made of high-purity silicon carbide (99.9%) ensures high temperature resistance up to 550°C and extreme wear resistance, even with large print runs.
The silicon carbide tip is manufactured using a special riveting process to ensure a stable and reliable fit.
The design of the entire nozzle body ensures high strength without breakage.
The entire nozzle is coated with a DLC coating with a surface friction coefficient of only 0.05, enabling clean printing without filament sticking.
Suitable for a wide range of filaments.
