3D printer for high-precision models
The compact PartPro100 xP is XYZprinting's fastest and most precise 3D printer to date. Thanks to the built-in Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology, it is ideal for jewelers - and at an attractive price.
Unlike printers based on Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF), the Nobel DLP uses Digital Light Processing technology, which prints liquid and flexible resin (resin) for exceptional print quality.
In addition, thanks to DLP technology, the printer can achieve an X and Y-axis resolution of 50 microns (0.05mm) and a layer thickness (Z-axis resolution) of an impressive 25 microns (0.025mm). For comparison: a human hair measures an average of 75 microns!

DLP Technology
A digital micromirror device is used to disperse and concentrate ultraviolet (UV) light across and onto the surface of the photosensitive resin, which polymerizes the resin layer by layer.
