These extra-fine cleaning needles allow you to clear nozzle clogs and filament residue in seconds. Fix your printer directly through the nozzle tip without dismantling your hotend.
Key Benefits
  • Precise 0.4 mm Diameter: Perfectly tailored for standard nozzles on Prusa Core One, MK4, XL, and other common 3D printers.
  • Instant Emergency Fix: Ideal for clearing partial blocks or pushing through stubborn heat creep clogs while the hotend is heated.
  • Flexible & Durable: Made of premium, highly flexible stainless steel that resists snapping or breaking inside the heater block.
  • Safe for Components: Effectively removes burnt PLA, PETG, or ABS without scratching or damaging delicate brass or copper nozzles.
Quick Guide: How to Clear a Clog
  1. Heat your hotend to the printing temperature of the last used filament
    (e.g., 215°C for PLA / 230°C for PETG).
  2. Carefully insert the cleaning needle from the bottom up into the nozzle orifice.
  3. Gently move the needle up and down a few times to break loose the trapped particles.
  4. Manually extrude a small amount of filament to flush out the debris.
Safety Note: The nozzle is extremely hot. Always hold the needle by its twisted handle or use a pair of pliers to protect your fingers.
