Diese Präzisionsdüse wird aus Messing 360 gefertigt und ist mit TwinClad XT beschichtet.

TwinClad XT ist eine Nickel-Verbundbeschichtung die sehr hart und abriebfest ist und eine sehr geringe Reibung besitzt. TwinClad XT bietet einen der niedrigsten Reibungskoeffizienten , besser als Nickel mit PTFE-Co. und ermöglich dadurch sehr präzise Ausdrucke.

Wenn Sie mit abrasiven Carbon arbeiten oder mit Filamenten die Partikel aus Holz, Edelstahl oder anderen Materialien enthalten, verlängert diese Düse die Lebensdauer erheblich.
