Fiberlogy PCTG is a polyester-family filament that combines the ease of printing of PET-G with premium-class technical properties. Compared to its popular counterpart, PCTG stands out with significantly higher impact strength, temperature resistance and exceptional clarity, making it an excellent choice for both home users and professionals.

In impact strength tests, PCTG achieves a result of approx. 90 kJ/m² (for comparison, PET-G: 5-8 kJ/m² in the notched Izod test). This makes PCTG prints much more resistant to impacts and mechanical loads. The filament retains its properties at temperatures of up to 76°C, increasing its functionality in demanding projects.

Like PET-G, PCTG does not require a heated chamber and is characterized by low shrinkage and high dimensional stability. This makes it an easy-to-use material, even for those taking their first steps in 3D printing.

Fiberlogy PCTG is BPA-free, fully recyclable and in the Pure TR version, it is approved for food contact*, further expanding its range of applications.

Thanks to its combination of durability, resistance and aesthetics, PCTG is ideal for:

  • prototyping - strong, durable test parts,
  • printing functional parts - components exposed to mechanical loads,
  • decorative prints - transparent, aesthetic models with crystal-clear clarity,
  • food-related projects* - functional parts safe for contact with food.

*Applies to the PCTG Pure TR version.

Attention: Due to strong adhesion to the surface, printing directly on the bed or glass is not recommended, as this may cause damage. We recommend using adhesives or masking tape.
