Fiberlogy ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) is a high-quality 3D printing filament distinguished by its resistance to UV radiation, weather conditions, moisture, and high temperatures. This makes it an excellent choice for manufacturing parts intended for outdoor use, as it maintains its properties and color over time.

The material has gained popularity as a more durable and easier-to-print alternative to ABS. It offers high mechanical and thermal resistance (up to 94°C), while featuring lower shrinkage, significantly reducing the risk of warping and cracking. Moreover, it emits less unpleasant odor during printing compared to ABS.

Thanks to its strong adhesion, ASA enables dimensionally stable 3D prints, even without a heated chamber (although its use is recommended).

Finished models can also be post-processed through:

  • acetone smoothing,
  • sanding,
  • painting,
  • and even bonding with acetone.

Fiberlogy ASA is widely used for:

  • outdoor components,
  • automotive parts,
  • housings and prototypes exposed to moisture and UV radiation,
  • durable everyday items.

Fiberlogy ASA is a reliable solution for users who need durability, resistance to outdoor conditions, and ease of printing without compromising quality.
