Old device take-back according to law

When purchasing an electrical or electronic device, the law gives you the option of giving away a comparable old device free of charge. The prerequisite is that the old device belongs to the same device type as the new device and essentially fulfills the same functions.

It works that easy:

1. Order the return of old devices together with the new device.
2. Comprise takes care of handling the return of old devices. If any further information is required, we will contact you. You can also discuss any questions you may have directly with us in advance.
3. The old device will be picked up from your home free of charge.

In principle, old devices can also be returned to any approved collection or return point, for example at the local recycling center. You can find collection points near you at: www.take-e-back.de

Personal data:

As the end user, you are responsible for deleting personal data on the old devices to be disposed of.
